We have a wealth of legal advice to offer Blackpool and Fylde employers across a broad spectrum of topics including staffing, business conduct and other statutory requirements such as:
- Conditions in work
- PAYE, National Insurance and Pensions
- Employment contracts
- Unfair dismissal
- Equal pay
- Disciplinary procedures
Because a lot of these matters apply equally to both employers and employees, we offer representation and legal advice to both parties prior to an employment tribunal.
We also offer advice with regard to the sale and purchase of a business to both employees and employers. All advice given follows strict TUPE regulations.
